Located only 6 miles from the center of the total solar eclipse set for April 8, 2024, and with an unobstructed wide field of view, this 1-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Kingsland. This charming property offers a relaxing retreat for guests. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen size SlumberAir™ Mattress contained in a 2023 La- Z- Boy couch which allows you to adjust the firmness of the mattress to customize your sleeping comfort ensuring a restful night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms, including amenities like a hair dryer and shower, you'll have everything you need to freshen up. The additional living room space boasts a self-inflating queen size Bestway air mattress, providing extra comfort and flexibility. Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply relaxing in the peaceful ambiance, we hope you enjoy what our place and Kingsland has to offer.

All of this can be seen from the comfortable sitting area right off the back porch. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood about a mile from Lake LBJ and a short drive to Lakes Buchanan (10 miles) and Inks (12 miles). There is a spot to park a boat if desired.
Concierge service of groceries is possible with additional fee- for pick up delivery and stocking the refrigerator.
