Hotel was in a good location for me. Reception staff very helpful no remote for the tv in the room and when they brought me one that didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t ring reception. Bar staff not very friendly. Food ok
Swimming pool great but I was up early as I was leaving it was getting busy.

The staff was helpful and friendly from the moment we got out of our taxi at the curb. We had a few oversized luggage pieces and a member of staff noticed as she was arriving for her shift. She helped us over to the side door where there was small lift that enabled us to get our luggage in effortlessly. The staff was friendly from the time we arrived to the time we left, no matter who we were talking with.
Bathrooms are my big pet peeve if they aren't clean then the rest of the room isn't clean. The bathroom was spotless, and so was the rest of the room.
We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for others.

Pretty disappointed by this stay. Room did not feel very clean, the bathroom had a sewage smell, the bed was made with a sheet that seemed too small, leaving part of the mattress exposed. We were given little vouchers for the coffee pods (which gave the two of us 4 total pods for our 3 night stay), which just made the entire experience feel like they provided the bare minimum for what was a pretty expensive price. Why even have a nice coffee machine if they don’t want to provide enough coffee? I was just really disappointed by this hotel, but I also must mention the positives, which were the friendly staff and excellent location.
