Smart TV's in bedroom and living area, Bluetooth sound system and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the Marina is the Dock Bar and Kinsale's only sandy beach.

Gorgeous, stylish and clean with an amazing view of Kinsale from the water. The houseboat was amazing - the marina ok. There is laundry facility but would not plan on using it.
