Wonderful, welcoming place to stay!

Staying at The Cottage was like being at home, welcoming and comfortable. It was even decorated for Christmas when we arrived! Benjamin was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our queries. The location is perfect for getting to many beautiful locations, there is a well-stocked small grocery store down the block and parking was always available. We will certainly stay here again and might just move in!

Wet, wild walking weekend.

Despite plenty of 'Yorkshire sunshine' we found the area to be stunning, accommodation first rate, generously kitted out and decor lovely. The rain was persistent all weekend but we still managed plenty of walking and a top curry from Mango Tree in Kirkby Stephen. Highly reccommend this cottage as a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside.
