Apartment 10 is on the 2nd floor of our building and offers a split-level apartment with living, dining, and kitchen facilities downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a wet room - which offers a shower, sink, and toilet.
One of the bedrooms in Apartment 10 offers a double bed and the other bedroom a double bed with a single bunk bed above, and another set of single bunks next to it, so in total in this room sleeps up to 4 guests, and the whole apartment sleeping up to 6 guests in total.
The kitchen is a fully integrated kitchen with everything you would need including a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster.
Only a two-minute walk into the small centre of Sedbergh which offers lots of lovely cafes, pubs, and restaurants.

Howgills apartment in Sedbergh was easy to find with parking included outside. It was very clean, with a well appointed kitchen, quick Wi-Fi, and lots of clear information about the apartment and information on the surrounding area. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it - wish we’d been able to stay longer.

Fire doors prevented flow through the apartment
Damp smell in onsuite shower-fan didnt appear to be working
Mattress too small for bedframe. Easy to catch toes.uncomfortable getting out of bed
We are 2 adults who booked a 2 bedroomed apartment only to find the 2nd bedroom locked and unavailable to us-we left a night early because of this
Otherwise apartment comfortable-plenty of crockery/cutlery -spotless everywhere. Nice views of the fells from the sitting area window

Great comfort with amazing views
Had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped for our stay with lovely view over the town and landscape.
The apartment was ideally located for access to the lakes and places to visit, and was a welcome place to return to after a busy day sightseeing or walking.

3rd time of staying here, great location for Sedbergh. The bathrooms have been refurbished since I last visited which has improved the place. We will definitely stay again.

Ideal apartments for our group
Howgills apartments are located in a a big house near the centre of Sedbergh. They were ideal for our group providing clean, comfortable and good value accommodation near the centre of town. The booking process was efficient and the Howgills staff were helpful throughout, replying to queries promptly and providing all the advice and information we needed for our stay in Sedbergh. There is plenty of car parking space, each apartment has a kitchen and lounge and the bunk beds were comfortable. The apartments facing South have lovely views across to Dentdale while those facing North have views of Winder. We'd certainly stay there again.

England Netball Team Use
We used the Howgills Apartments for a training camp at Sedbergh School. Staff at Howgills were incredibly helpful (particularly Amy!) in their communication before our stay and throughout the time we were there. The apartments were easy to access using the code on the door and were immaculately clean on arrival. Excellent self-catering facilities and a great location with ample parking. The apartments were perfect for our use for a training camp. We would definitely use them again if we return. Many Thanks!

Excellent stay!
We stayed here on a company Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge for 2 nights. The apartments were in an ideal location within the village, very close to the local amenities. They were perfect for what we needed and had plenty of clean towels, bedding and crockery etc. Thanks for letting us stay!

A lovely place to stay
We recently stayed at Howgills Appartments for 1 night during our Dales Way walk and it was absolutely lovely. The whole appartment was very clean and tidy and perfect for relaxing in after a long days walking. The complimentary tea, coffee and milk are a lovely gesture. Before and during our stay I spoke to the staff and they were incredibly helpful, the lady I spoke too couldn't do enough to help, she was really lovely.
We intend to return to Sedbergh to walk the Howgills and when we do we will definately stay at Howgills appartments again.
