"Great location "

"Checked in late around 10pm a staff member at front desk was unable to check us in as we had to wait for someone else to help. Had to sit a wait with 2 small kids and after a long drive. In the morning Penelope at the front desk was wonderful and helped the breakfast staff replenish utensils and her I changed out the coffee pot. She had great customer service and most pleasant. "

"Stay was comfortable. Front desk staff not very pleasant. Breakfast was okay, not much of a variety. Breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. Self parking was fine. "

"Hotel was a bit run down on outside. Definitely needed repair. Handicap door was locked at night. Husband went out and could not get in due to the card reader button to unlock door was broken and missing. Had to call me to let him in. Bedroom was in good condition. Slept very well. It was quiet and comfortable. Did not utilize breakfast amenities. "

"Be advised that although they advertise microwave under room amenities it is located in the lobby in a corner."
