Fairmont hotels in Kitsilano, Vancouver

"The Fairmont Gold experience always sets high standards, and mainly the Fairmont hotels meet them. The only problem with this Fairmont was that although it is literally in the middle of the airport, the Gold floor was not staffed around the clock. Given the level of service that is promised, the staff should be available at least an hour after the last flight into the airport or an hour before the airport's first flight of the day. When it is staffed, the Gold floor was quite helpful."
