It's a great location, close to ocean and Stanley Park. Hotel itself is dated but has charm. I'd guess Canadians appreciate that more than other countries. We managed to walk from hotel and all around the city including Granville Isl without calling on public transport or cab. So it's a recommendation.

The property is in a prime location in the West End. Lots of grocery stores nearby, and plenty of amenities. Safe and simple check-in and check-out. Room maybe could have done with a safe for valuables, but other than this small note, we had a really good, enjoyable stay at Sonder.

Our trip got off to a great start when we were upgraded upon check-in. Gorgeous room with an upstairs bedroom; hotel facilities first class with pool, hot tub and sauna. Can’t wait to stay here again
