The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the lamp shades had holes and looked like they were broken. The in wall heater did not seem to have a controller for the fan and when it unit came on it forced a large blast of air all the way across the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The little refrigerator was on and cold. That was a plus."

I attempted to call the front desk about it but the phone wasn’t connected, so had to walk down multiple times for items. There were chip crumbs on the couch. Pool and fitness center were ‘out of order’. Bed was okay, otherwise, can’t imagine much worse. Especially the premium price. "
