"Nice ourdoors area with big and fun pools. Super close to the beach with the best sunset. The staff is very polite and helpful. But overall the rooms are outdated, with a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. The aircondition is old and pointing directly at the bed, so we ended up with a bad throat infection the first day here (but 3rd week in Thailand). Talked to other guest who had experienced the same. "Location is OK with only 2 km approx from Ao Nang beach. Easy with scooter access. All outdoor furniture needs replacement. Stairs and steps to go to the outdoor patio are falling apart and very dangerous. BBQ was in very bad shape condition. Pool OK. Kitchen: They need to invest in some pots for cooking and pans. Shower OK. Curtains falling... so in general, this place pictures have some photoshop because the place need DIY."

"Bungalows were small - I was in one with 2 single beds but they were clean, 2 fans, simple bathroom, quiet - all I needed. Price very reasonable. Simple continental breakfast if you wanted to eat there with homemade bread. Everything cooked nicely. Constant refill station for drinking water - saving SO many plastic bottles! Brilliant and necessary 💚 There was a nice vibe around the pool, good for families. I had 2 massages, both good. Close to the beach, shops variety of places to eat. Bicycle...
