"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"Chris & Bee, our hosts, were friendly, genuine and helpful to organize boat trips, kayak trips, and shopping, and made themselves available by text/phone for anything 24/7! "They have wrong number in every website and it’s impossible to get connection to anyone. We paid for earlier check in (after 14h travelling) and when we got to the villa there was previous guests and we needed to wait 4h to get in to the Villa. Door locks didn’t work and the pool’s lights didn’t work. Lady who finally came to help us was really nice and polite."

"至高のヴィラ。 3部屋のベッドルームに、リビング、ダイニング、キッチンが備わっており、プールとすぐ隣にはテニスコートまであり、至れり尽くせり。天井も高く、こんなに長いカーテン見たことないってくらいなぜいたくな造りとなっています。ファミリーで来て優雅に過ごすのもいいが、1家族ではもったいないくらいなので2-3家族で、もしくは友人でグループで来て楽しくワイワイやるのにもぴったり。アオナンビーチまでもバイクで10分かからないくらい、近くに24時間のスーパーもあって言う事ありません。次回クラビ―に行った際は間違いなく利用したいと思います。"
