"We truly enjoyed our stay. Beyond the beauty of the view and comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere, every need seemed to be anticipated and provided for in advance. When we needed to reach out to our host, a response was prompt and a solution was put in place immediately. We loved it all!"

"Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone. "

"Great location and very clean and nice property. Loved being close to the beach and enjoyed the property and how comfortable it was. The property has beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkeling gear which was helpful. You can walk to Turtle Bay and the AC units work great. Close to beaches and food places. Questions and concerns were answered quickly."
