"We’ve stayed here before and really enjoy this hotel — beautiful views, comfortable beds, balcony, and the jacuzzi tubs and pool/hot tub are a big highlight for us. We’re already planning to come back in the summer for hiking near Island Lake Lodge. This stay had a slight hiccup with cleanliness on arrival, but the staff and management handled it incredibly well and went above and beyond to make things right, which we really appreciated. Great customer service and still one of our go-to places to stay."

"Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Air conditioning is good. The pool is cold. The hot tub seems too hot. Sauna is good size. Breakfast is good. The Pub is a bit of a let down but maybe it is just the selection we ordered. Excellent staff service! Overall a good experience."
