Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Apartment is not available

Arrived in KK. Had not heard from host after couple of attempts. Host advised that he doesn’t have apartment on Stayz/Vrbo anymore hence booked to someone else. Now trying to work out how to get a refund from Stayz
