El Corte Ingles Mall

was expecting the rooms to be bigger. The service was very slow at the restaurant, & felt kinda overpriced for what it was. Would stay here again with a good rate but it didnt feel like a 5 star - hotel lobby/foyer/cafe area was really nice but the rooms were small.

The room looks good, but it was not funtion as l. The safe did not work; there were no drawers for clothes; the bathroom did not have space to store toiletries; the towels were not nice,
