Great base in Krakow!

Perfect apartment, check in instructions were clear and easy. Spacious, comfortable and comes with everything you need for a great stay. Located only 10 min walk to the main square.

Disappointing stay

On arrival to the 3 bedroom apartment only two of the bedrooms were actually made up. One of the bedrooms the bed had not been made no sheets or duvet or anything on it. Had to try and make this ourselves with what we could find in the cupboards. There was only three of us but had paid extra for 3 bedrooms so we could all have our own room. The place itself was clean and tidy and not too far from the centre. Heater in one of the rooms didn’t work at all so was really cold. Brilliant WiFi and easy access to apartment on arrival, beds very uncomfortable like sleeping on wooden lats we all struggled to sleep every night. This was made worse by the constant noise and parties others were having in the block. Advise choose some where quieter to stay if you want sleep. On the Thursday night at 4am we had over two hours of the apartment next door screaming and shouting and trying to kick the door down to get into their apartment. This was also a holiday apartment by the same company ( thanks Tom and jack for that). I’d avoid this place if you don’t plan on partying all night!!!

Hinta laatusuhde kohdillaan. Tämä huone oli kadun puolelle, joten liikenteen äänet kyllä kuuluivat hyvin selkeästi. Kylpyhuone siisti,pyyhekoukut vain puuttuivat.

Property was situated within walking distance to the main market square. It was quiet and roomy with all amenities, loved having the washer, would have packed lighter! We felt very secure and would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Fin leilighet i nærhet av gamlebyen.

Bra utstyrt leilighet kun 10 min fra gamlebyen. God seng. Helt stille på natta selv om det er midt i byen . Flott bad. Bra renhold. Var også vakthold ved porten. Bestilte transport fra flyplassen og den kom som avtalt. Det var litt kaldt i leiligheten, så varslet om det. Morgenen etter kom det en mann med varmeovn. Bestilte guidet tur til Auschwitz gjennom leiligheten. Veldig proft ordnet. Raskt til å svare på henvendelser.

Romslig leilighet, men for harde senger

Det var en stor, fin og romslig leilighet med tre soverom. Det var kjøleskap og oppvaskmaskin, supert! Beliggenheten var bra. Det som var skuffende var at det var supertynne madrasser, så alle vi voksne kjente sengebunnen. Det manglet en liten sofa i leiligheten, men det var en kjøkkengruppe å sitte ved. Minus med den kjøkkengruppa var at to av stolene nesten datt fra hverandre, så det var kun barna som kunne skifte på de. Hadde det vært gode madrasser hadde vi reist tilbake.

Está muy cerca de todo. Es un buen apartamento. La dueña está por todo lo que necesites y te atiende por telf. O email super rapido. Si volviera, repetiría. Lo que hay que tener en cuenta es q si tienes algun impedimento físico, el baño no está adaptado (la añera es muy alta). Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Altamente recomendado!

Apartamento excelente com total infra-estrutura em localização privilegiada . Acomodação clara , ventilada , com garagem , o que nos facilitou , por estarmos com carro alugado . A localização nos permitiu conhecer os pontos turisticos caminhando. Tem um Carrefour na esquina , o que nos facilitou para compras . O porteiro foi espetacular, nos auxiliando no check-in. Com certeza , meu local de hospedagem , em um retorno à Cracóvia .

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and easy to access to any place in the centre on foot. I liked the room very much but I think I have to prepare some daily necessities in advance before I arrive there for the next time. What I was not very satisfied with was the lack of facilities. There were no bath mat, no kitchen paper, no dishwasher detergent, no knife for cooking provided. There were also only 2 towels (one each of large and small) and only 5 toilet rolls which were not enough and I had to buy several daily necessities on the spot. The room I stayed was on the ground floor and it was with nice small terrace but the garden was accessible from the public area in the apartments complex without any lock and I was a bit afraid of finding the big crack on the large window facing to the terrace. Hope the management company will repair it soon.

I would highly recommend Friendhouse apartments. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, it was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is no air conditioning, this made it difficult to sleep and hard to stay in the apartment during the day as it was too hot.
