Great location and value for money

Apartment was clean and comfortable had toiletries, iron , hairdryer , washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Also 3 minutes walk from main square. We were suite 20 , 70 steps to door and maid never arrived in 5 nights we stayed . Overall great base for excellent trip to Kraków

Great apartment near the square

Overall the stay was great! Airport shuttle followed our flight status and was ready to pick us up in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed several hours. The folks in the office were super helpful answering questions. The jazz club downstairs had some great music but it could get a little loud at night - just the price for staying in the city center. Be prepared to hang dry your clothes as there is just a washing machine, but being able to do a load of laundry in the room was very convenient! We’d definitely stay here again.

Cute apartment and very well situated. The only downfall was the washing machine that didn't work. We notified management who said they'd come the next day, but they didn't (to our knowledge). The floor also seemed to be pretty dirty, we resorted to wearing shoes constantly. However, Krakow was beautiful so we enjoyed our stay.

Leider gab es beim Check-In ein riesen Durcheinander. Es wurden drei Zimmer untereinander vertauscht und auch wurde keine zeitnahe, angemessene Lösung für das Problem gefunden, so dass wir nach über einer Stunde abwarten auf die Suche nach einer neuen Unterkunft gehen mussten. Die Kommunikation und Ansprechperson vor Ort war komplett unprofessionell und überfordert. Wir durften, das Apartment Haus kurz besichtigen, was uns aber mehr abschreckte und wir daher eine andere Unterkunft bevorzugten. Wenn man ein Party Weekend in Krakow plant reicht diese Unterkunft ev. aus, aber wenn man Erholung sucht, ist man da def. am falschen Ort.

Convenient for old town, close to railway station

The apartment is on a quiet street just off (literally a minutes walk) the main square. It is a short walk from the train station. There is a jazz club in the basement, but don't let that put you off as I didn't hear anything (apt was on 1st floor). Apartment itself is functional and basic, everything you need if out most of the day and just need somewhere to sleep. I don't think I'd book this if going away with the wife for a nice weekend, but for me meeting up with friends for a few nights it was ok. Check in was fine and easy to locate, it was in a different building about 100m away. One thing to be aware of is that if you are back late (i e. After 2am) the outside gate is likely to be shut and you need to use the key code reception give you to get in, otherwise you could find yourself in a bit of a pickle! Would I stay again? Possibly, but now I know more about the city and how far things are away from each other I'd be tempted to widen my scope.

We arrived at the reception area which is a 2 minute walk from the actual apartment and was told by the ladies at the desk there had been a problem with our room as there had been a water leak the night before and was unsafe to stay there. This was a bit of an inconvenience at first for us but we were then upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment right on the doorstep of the main square. The apartment was huge, clean and almost the size of my house lol. So for the little inconvience we had at first it ended up working in our favour. The women at the desk were great and give us all the necessary information needed for our stay. Only downside was we were on the top floor (4th floor) and there wasn't a elevator in the building but apart from that it was a great holiday.

Sijainti loistava, tosin meteli äkin sen mukaan... 3.kerros pitkien portaiden päässä. Liesi ei toiminut, asunto oli huolimattomasti siivottu, eikä kaikki lakanoita ollut vaihdettu. WC-paperia oli 2rullaa kuudelle aikuiselle. 4 yön visiitillä roskia ei viety lainkaan, vaikka kerran piti siivouksen kuulua vierailuun. Sänky sijoittelu oli huono, kun mukana useampi pariskunta. Yhdessä huoneessa 160cm sänky ja yhden hengen sänky, yhdessä 120cm sänky, ja yhdessä yhden hengen sänky. Ei petareita, jotta oisit voinut vaikka järjestellä uusiks, vain huonot patjat nukkua. Kuuma kämppä kun on kuuma, ei luvattuja hygienia tuotteita ja huono kahvinkeitin. Eli siis hyvä sijainti ainut mikä houkuttaisi menemään uudestaan

Ok apartment for a few days, but expect poor sleep

Not so great, photos look better and this apartment has seen better days. The mattress and pillows are very worn out and should be replaced. Strangely, the toilet has no hooks or towel hanging. But mostly the lack of a good quality bed is what made this place very frustrating. Additionally, I had a 2 floor walk up carrying 25kg so it would be nice if they mentioned that upfront. On the plus side, their check-in instructions email was very thorough and finding the apartment was easy.

We hebben een aangenaam.verblijf gehad in de Old Town Appartments. We lagen vlakbij het hoofdplein en op wandelafstand van vele leuke plekjes. Het appartement was ruim en centraal gelegen. Het enige nadeel was dat de vloer er plakte.

These apartments are located in the best place in town. Pre travel I contacted the staff who arranged the airport transfer at a very deceit rate. The apartments are modern and clean with all required facilities including hair dryer, washing machine and satellite tv. The office is located close to the apartments and the staff were great in helping us organise trips. I read a couple of blogs that noise is an issue but although a jazz club in the basement we didn't hear a thing. Loved it

Close to the main square. Having read some of the other reviews I had expected it might be noisy but this was not the case at all.
