The apartment itself was clean and in a good location near old town. That said, the building was a bit unsafe… the gateway entrance into the apartment was dirty, dark and an occasional locals would be hanging out drinking…. Several units were under construction, with construction waste everywhere.

We tried renting a place here with Expedia. The codes to the door didn’t work. I sent a message with video showing where we were and they said they didn’t recognize where I was. I was at the link they sent me. They said they sent me the correct address. It looked like a very sketchy neighborhood. There was graffiti all over the building and some guy peeing out front. We finally left after waiting and not being able to get in. We talked to the receptionist manager and agreed to give us a refund. When Expedia called them twice about it they denied it both times. Avoid this place as they are not honest.
