Great stay.

This hotel was around a nice 15 minute walk south of the main square, located off the Main Street and a 15 second walk away from the best bakery I visited during my stay. Staff members are super friendly, and looked after me as a solo traveller very well. Gave me advice on how to book activities, and where to go. The decor within the hotel is outdated, however this countered by a very nice decorated modern ensuite room.

Clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Only dropped a star as the room did not have a free-standing shower, which was a bit awkward.

Cafe and the stay has been superb :)

The residence is easy to locate and is near public transport. The hotel receptionist was very helpful in guiding me throughout the stay. Rooms are clean and tidy and they make sure that your stay is comfortable. What I really liked is their cafe and garden area which was decorated by a collection of cycling memorabilia which is very unique.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very unique, traditional and the staff were absolutely lovely. Allowed me to check in early, which was tremendously helpful. Loved the breakfast and thought the price was very competitive. It is a little difficult to find and not the closest to the town centre but the public transport is very good and I needed to be closer to the Podgorze region, for my planned trips, so this was ideal. Would definitely go again and they are also in the process of refurbishment, improving on the already good facilities.

Fab Hotel Perfect Location

This is a relatively small, quirky hotel, on the edge of the Jewish district. It's within walking distance of the river, the castle and the main touristy square. Room was spacious and clean, and had a tv, kettle, hairdryer. If you're from UK you need the plug adapters, same as most places in Europe, and there were no USB sockets, not that I was expecting there to be. We only had breakfast there one morning, and that was a very nice buffet style meal. Two doors down is an amazing Greek restaurant, I'd highly recommend. I'd like to visit Krakow again, and if I do so, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Wonderful Stay in Krakow!

The Residence Tournet is a charming hotel located in the centre of Krakow. Just a five minute walk from the old Jewish district of Kazimierz and a ten minute walk from the beautiful old town. The hotel was clean and warm and very safe. The surrounding area is really charming with plenty of public transport options, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and it was very quiet and peaceful during the evening. The rooms were basic but wonderful for the price with everything you could need to make the most out of your time in Krakow. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and very delicious and the staff were exceptional and could not do enough for me. They were kind and helpful and made me feel very welcome. If ever I return to Krakow, I would love to stay here again to further explore this fascinating city. Thank you for a wonderful stay Residence Tournet!

Nice comfortable hotel

Nice comfortable room on the top floor. Small single bed, but as it was just me it was fine. Very convenient to the Old Town, but it was quite noisy at night even with the windows closed.

Love the Residence Tournet, Monica (receptionist) was so friendly and helpful, every staffs was so polite and helpful.... My room was brilliant, spacious and clean. The area have everything, little supermarket, places to eat or take away, public transport about 5 minutes walking distance, 15/20 minutes walking distance to Main Square Cant wait to go back....

De kamers waren erg gehorig. Als je mensen hebt die boven je weet ik veel wat aan het doen zijn, dan kost het je nachtrust. Wij zaten grenzend aan de binnentuin, waar op sommige plekken volop feest werd gevierd. Aan de andere kant hoor je ook de tram en uitgaans leven. Neem oordoppen mee als je naar dit hotel gaat. Het bed was te klein en de kussens waren niks. De kamer was verder piekfijn en netjes, qua schoonmaken op verzoek ook heel goed. Een dag ontbijt gedaan in het hotel tegen 35 PLN, maar dat is het niet waard. Heel simpel Ik zou een broodje gaan eten bij de bakker om de hoek. Met koffie erbij ben je goedkoper uit. Tips voor het hotel: Probeer iets te doen aan vloer isolatie, gevel isolatie zet een langer bed neer met goede kussens. Een extra kussen in de kast Een kluisje met cijfercode in de kast Ontbijt iets uitgebreider met vleeswaren, verschillende brood etc. Informeer je gasten waar je in kazimierz niet mag parkeren, het heeft ons een wielklem opgeleverd.
