"Spacious but No hot water because boiler keeps going into fault mode!! Reception came twic but no success and said can not help ( left us to it!!). I had to take a cold shower! Many yes since I have had the last one but at least they were free! Broken shower, narrow helix staircase especially when carrying large suitcases. "

"I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has always been good. A few minor issues in the past but my latest experience has been faultless. Cleanliness was excellent. The best I've experienced at any hotel in Turkey (unfortunately, this isn't difficult!). It's also very quiet and the location is great (there is a metro station nearby and plenty of options for buses)."
