"I haven't checked out yet, but so far the hotel has been amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful; the room is large, clean, and comfortable; the bath is big and the shower pressure is strong. The bathroom looks much nicer than the standard tiny unit one most hotels have. They offer plenty of amenities at check in, and have a range of items available for free loans if you need them, e.g. phone chargers. I will definitely be visiting Alpha-1 again. "Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!"
