The staff were extremely helpful and also made us feel very welcome. The hotel is extremely well located for walking to the Bikan Historical Quarter. "We didn't have any breakfast so I can't speak to that, but the rooms are nice. The ones on the north side are nice and big, particularly by Japanese standards. The staff is great as is the location. "
