Great hotel. Lovely entrance, great music downstairs that creates a beautiful ambiance. Loved the 24hour water/coffee/tea. Also loved the social hour In the evening. Room was a bit small for 2 adults 1 child and luggage but we made it work. The staff was helpful with luggage forwarding. They have washing machines on a few floors - clothes do take a long time to dry, like 2 Additional drying cycles were required so keep this in mind when doing laundry. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The room cleanliness is excellent. The staff is very friendly. If you’re renting a car there are plenty of parking available. The Japanese breakfast is very satisfying and delicious.

Very clean room. Nicely appointed with modern style. Mattresses were much too soft for my liking and actually slid around the bed. Great water pressure for shower. Complimentary beverages were great.
