Hotel has a "no service" approach to room, on environmental justification - this should be made clear at check-in, so guests would have the option to request service, and change of towels, if they so choose, at check-in. Often, especially with late check-in the opportunity would be missed.

Service is very strong; hotel is beautiful and hotel restaurants are excellent; location is perfect, right next to the harbor and fish market. However, our room was nowhere near five star: dingy and dark with a small, poorly laid out bathroom.
