"Genuinely luxurious. Staff went above and beyond, the room was perfect, and the rooftop bar was an unexpected bonus that turned out to be one of the best parts of the stay, really busy and buzzing. Great great experience. Best hotel of the trip if you're not counting the ryokan, which is in a completely different league."

"Everything was fantastic a out this hotel, we would highly recommend. We stayed as a family of 5 - 2 adults, 1 elementary aged child and 2 under five years old. The hotel is literal steps away from the Metro and JR station, convince stores all around and a lots of food and shopping options around the hotel too! Check in was a breeze, staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The public bath was great and really added to an extra special experience at the hotel. The hotel is registered in Yamato luggage forwarding services. There was coin operated laundry machines on site but was often being used. The laundry machines in Japan don't typically dry heavier fabric clothes, so it might take 2-3 dry cycles to finish a load. There are laundromats close by that have bigger capacity if you are in a real pinch. There is also a guest lounge with free coffee and teas. There is also an on site resteraunt that we never ended eating at."

"Excellent hotel and great customer service. The hotel is in a prime location: close to the metro, restaurants and shopping. Lots of key sightseeing spots within walking distance or a short metro ride away. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of items. The onsite onsen and guest lounge (free snacks and drinks at certain times of the day) were a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. They also have onsite coin laundry which is very handy. Be sure to book the multi-course chef’s menu in their restaurant for one of your evening dinners. It was well-plated, beautifully presented and so delicious. The chef clearly takes pride in his cuisine. A truly wonderful hotel with great staff. I would definitely book here again."
