"Do not stay here if you have children. Children are clearly not welcome and they make that clear. Although the rules say “no children in the pool after 7:00 pm” you should expect the staff to come down at least one or two times while you are in the pool to make you feel unwelcome. Though all the kids including ours were respectful the stated policy is “this is a gym and relax pool” clearly not intended for children. Also expect repeated glares from breakfast and lobby staff. They are more than happy to have loud drunks around but not children. If you are traveling with kids I highly recommend seeking different accommodations."

"We confirmed a room with two twin beds but were first given a room with one double bed, and it was directly across from a noisy elevator. We went back down to reception and specifically requested a room with two twin beds, away from the elevator. We were given a room with twin beds, but made up as a king bed, and of course the room was again directly across from an elevator. Annoying. "
