"A perfect place to stay: convenient location right next to Kumamoto Station; a stylish and comfortable hotel with extras like a public bath, and a quiet space by the water garden courtyard. And the breakfast served is extra good: plenty of choices including some local specialties. It’s the place I will stay again next time I visit Kumamoto."

"Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back"

"Idividual parking building next to the hotel. The parking lot was almost full for the day I stayed at the hotel. The public bath is big and well kept. The elevator is a bit slow. Lawson right across from the hotel. There are smoking rooms available. Although a bit outdated I had a comfortable stay"
