"Overall a nice property. Breakfast was good. Has a hot tub as well which was nice. Horses were beautiful to wake up to and the option to the riding there is great. An older property though and the front desk staff could be more personable."

"Breakfast is excellent. Bathroom Shower curtain are dirty.. We got the smelly room because of the bathroom. The staff refused to change our room and did not clean enough to get the smell go away. We asked for 2 room and they provided in different floor."

"Lovely secluded location. Cozy lounge and dining area. The rooms are very bare-bones and lacking in amenities but are comfortable. All the staff are lovely, including all of the four-legged friends."

Staff was very friendly and helpful, spa was simple but beuatiful (love the geothermal fed outdoor hot pool), restaurant was delicious with great views of the plain below, and we were able to go on a big gorgeous hike out our back window. Felt like a special place to spend our first night in Iceland."
