"The room was very clean and set up nicely. We had adequate amenities available to us, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lifeguard on duty when we wanted to go swimming, and the gym was set up with enough weights and cardio equipment. The on-site restaurant was delicious, and parking was accessible. The elevators were a bit small, and the hotel was very busy with a lot of visitors and guest, so it did make it a little bit difficult with the elevator size. The temperature in the hotel room was very nice, with windows that open, and a nice bathroom set up. One small thing that could be improved on, the caulking around the bathroom tub had some mold. Otherwise, would definitely stay here and, despite of how busy it was, the room was very quiet."

"Hotel is great, gorgeous setting, good design and layout. Food in the restaurant needs improvement. Dinner is a limited menu, with no real delicious options. Service is okay."

"This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location to access old Quebec City and the plains of Abraham. Our room was the king suite. We give it a 9.9 out of 10. Some more wall hooks in the monster size bathroom would be useful. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend."
