"Hotel is great. The area immediately outside is heavy crime area. Daily shootings, Dont walk to convience store alone. Area has been on news twice in one stay. "

"The property is very clean, as we were leaving they were cleaning the carpets. The staff that checked us in was very sweet, she informed us if we need anything there is always someone at the front desk. We were taking our son to ASU and didn't plan to stay the night, but it was too late to head home to California so we booked this stay last minute. We called the front desk in the morning for toothbrushes and tooth paste and they had them waiting for us. The breakfast was missing a waffle maker would of made my morning better, but if you are in the area and need a room I would stay here."
