"Just returned from a week at the Alua Suites and had a wonderful time with our five year old. The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. "Had a brilliant stay here! I came on a solo trip to relax and I felt like it was the perfect place for this.
The hotel and rooms felt fresh, all newly refurbished.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was placed in a room by the ‘quiet pool’ which was perfect for what I needed.
The buffet breakfast was fab, so much choice! It does get busy, so the earlier to go the better.
The only thing to point out is that the pillows on the bed were very hard. I did also order an iced latte by the pool one morning, which was more a weak, cold milky coffee with ice which cost €5.40.
Apart from that, I had a great stay! "

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional, the food (breakfast and dinner) were excellent with a great selection plus you can have food ordered to grill at the moment. We were very please with this and we definitely will come back. I almost forgot the spa, it was included in the price and is great. Two thumbs up !!!!"
