"Hotel is nice. I had booked a superior room which from the pictures appears a lake view room. Upon arrival, I was given a Mountain View room which I complained but they said this what I paid for. Not sure misunderstanding or other things, but I was not happy with type of room and all the high dollars ..."

"Wonderful location in Annecy but in serious need of an upgrade. The pool and some parts of the hotel looked slightly better but really not meeting the mark of modern classic feel hotels. Balcony was a. Ice touch but was unfurnished which was odd and the in room tea/coffee options werent great either. ..."

Convenient location and newer condition
"The lobby is on 2nd floor, we have problem to get in the building. More instructions on the door will be helpful. Room is new and spacious. We don’t use much of the kitchen but found the frying pan needs to be replaced. Beds are comfortable. Lots of restaurants/stores nearby but not noisy."
