The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is no elevators, but there was a very helpful young man who brought our luggage up for us and did not expect compensation. Of course the rooms were small but full of character. The little outside terrace is very restful.

Great boutique hotel with nice and helpful staff. Excellent location. Opt in for the wonderful breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and kind upon arrival. However after making plans to surprise my husband upon arrival by having the room decorated with birthday banner, cake etc. I picked out a package from what was sent to me only for them to tell me at checkin they thought it was for the following day. Very very unprofessional and disappointing. House cleaning was terrible also. We used tea cups and glasses, they cleaned the room and left the dirty glassware 3 days in a row I had to talk to front desk to get it removed and replaced with clean ones. Location was great but that disappointment on my husband birthday was not cool. Made me looked like I had nothing planned for my partner when in fact I did over a month in advance.
