Petite maison bien située proche des plages. Pour le parking il faudrait tailler la végétation qui frotte sur la voiture et entretenir a minima le jardin. La conciergerie demande 95 de frais de ménage !!!! A ce tarif je vais m'installer comme homme de ménage dans l'ile :)).Mise à part ca très bon séjour et bon accueil.

Als wir nach einer 12-stündigen Autofahrt ankamen, hatte unsere „Concierge” offensichtlich den Abend in der Bar verbracht, bevor wir ankamen. Sie bestand auch darauf, dass wir die Mülleimer nicht benutzen sollten, weil es für sie vermutlich unbequem war, sie zur Abholung herauszustellen. Außerdem wurden wir nach der Buchung und Bezahlung mit der Forderung konfrontiert, 100 für die Reinigung zu zahlen oder diese selbst zu übernehmen. Schade, dass dies nicht vorher erwähnt wurde. Noirmoutier ist großartig und die Wohnung ist in Ordnun

Bon emplacement. Bon accueil. Malheureusement, quelques désagréments : odeurs d’égouts, débordement du ballon d’eau chaude dans l’égouttoir, éclairage insuffisant dans la chambre, étendoir rouillé et mobilier de jardin insuffisant.

Point fort : Très bon logement parfait pour 2 adultes et un enfant,La terrasse est très agréable avec ses chaises longues et son barbecue et la proximité avec la mer immédiate. Tout se fait très facilement en vélo. Points qui pourraient être amélioré : Des couteaux a viande seraient nécessaire et il n’y avait que 2 chaises utilisables pour déjeuner à l’extérieur .. Sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison ou nous serions bien resté une semaine de plus ! Déconnexion totale

L'accueil par la personne de la conciergerie était assez réduit.Il manque quelques équipement de cuisine comme une bouilloire et des couteau de cuisine ( on a du en racheter, c'est pas pour le prix mais l'image de la maison ). Sans doute faudrait il vérifier de temps en temps.La cour mériterait de l'entretien car beaucoup de mauvaises herbes.Cela fait mauvaise impression en arrivant.Les voisins étaient assez bruyants dans la cour sur laquelle donnent directement les fenetres de la chambre et de la salle de bain.Pour cette dernière impossible de fermer les volets car la végétation pas taillées du voisin ne le permet pas.Sinon l'emplacement est agréable.

Séjour tres agréable

Cette petite maison est simple, mais propre et bien équipée. A 40m de la plage un vrai luxe. Elle dispose aussi d une place de parking ce qui est un atout, et accepte les animaux. Un endroit qui convient parfaitement pour un couple en court séjour.

Logements très froid

Nous sommes arrivés dans un logements froid et humide. Nous avons été obligé d'acheter un chauffage d'appoint. Résultat 3 jours d'arrêt maladie car nous avons pris froid. Le logement n'était en aucun cas préparer correctement. Inutile de payer une conciergerie pour un résultat pareil

Très bien situé au calme et à deux pas de la plage. Le logement est tout juste je trouve pour trois au niveau surface, je pense que c'est plus idéal pour deux, même si cela reste vivable à trois surtout pour des vacances. Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine (plat pour le four,louche par exemple) mais rien de redhibitoire, l'essentiel y est.Sinon emplacement parfait, tranquille, avec la cour agréable. Dans l'ensemble donc très bon séjour !

Agréable séjour au bord de la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison adaptée pour 3 personnes. Il suffit de traverser la route pour accéder à la plage de la Cantine. Les commerces sont à proximité. La location bénéficie d'équipements. Un déshumidificateur a été installé dans la salle d'eau (même s'il n'a pas été utilisé en raison du temps ensoleillé). Des tapis dans la salle d'eau auraient pu être ajoutés. Il est également bon de savoir que tant la fenêtre de la salle d'eau que celle de la chambre donnent directement sur la terrasse et le jardin d'un autre hébergement de location.

Maison tres mignonne

Belle petite maisons tres proche de la mer .maison tout confort mais qui aurait besoin d un bon rafraîchissement peinture et meubles ..sinon le ménage est au top la dame qui nous a reçu est tres agréable. Je recommande cet endroit tres calme.

Pourrait être beaucoup mieux, super bien situé

Super environnement la mer est de l'autre côté de la rue, premier voyage sur cette île qui a beaucoup de charme, par contre propreté du logement à revoir poussières, odeurs d'humidité+++ à l'arrivée, peinture qui s'écaillent, moisissures... Avec plus d'entretien se logement pourrait vraiment être au top, prix du forfait ménage trop cher pour la petite taille du logement et un ménage qui n'était pas nickel à l'arrivée

Je suis partie avec mes chiens pour faire un break, pour avoir de la tranquillité et j'ai eu un séjour qui m'a combler,5mn d'une plage superbe avec des promenades dans les 2 sens...paysages superbes ...habitants très agréable....à revenir absolument !!!😊

Maisonette idéalement située, au calme sur cette belle ile de Noirmoutier

La location correspond exactement à l'annonce. Un seul bémol (désolée), il manque juste un peu de vaisselle pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner même en vacances 🍲. Noirmoutier est à savourer sans modération.
