"Great hotel in the center of Madrid.
Friendly staff and the rooms are stunning!
The pool area is perfect to chill out at, so would definitely love to stay again."
"I just stayed for the night and it was exactly what I needed. The single room was easy, with a small amount of steps to the lift, for those with heavy luggage."
"Super friendly, personable people in addition to great location perfect for making repeated visits to bear and the strawberry tree! Not to mention a clean, hip interior and in our case, a wonderful balcony with a view and outdoors shower! Loved it!"
"The breakfast was amazing with well balanced options of yogurt, nuts, fruits, freshly made omelette, bread and coffee. The location was the second best part of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable as well and looked to be of premium quality as we had very good sleep! Overall a great stay! "

"Great location, everything seemed ‘20 minutes away’. Very friendly staff, accommodating and a good laugh. Roof top terrace is a sun trap. Tidy spacious rooms, good food and drink offering. Would definitely stay again 😊"
"Staff were friendly and accomodating. The area was safe for family with kids. Metro station and bus stop is across the entrance of the hotel. It is right in front of plaza de españa. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station. We are actually going back here to stay for the last leg of our Spain vacation. The airport is about 20mins away for travel information."
"The hotel has an excellent location, right across from the train station and surrounded by excellent restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive."
"The hotel is nice; lives up to all the good reviews. The room was nice as well; the bed was a bit hard and the two beds to make “one” kind of sucks for a couple because the gap in the middle is uncomfortable. Maybe a plush topper would help? The breakfast was really good and the staff were high class, they wer always friendly! The hotel is in a prime location; We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it."
