Finca Las Madrecitas is a farm located in the midlands of La Orotava with wonderful views of the sea and the valley. Although it is operational, the farm offers perfect privacy for couples thanks to its location, surrounded by nature and vineyards. The property has large terraces, one of them with a jacuzzi (see additional fee below), and another with a large charcoal barbecue (charcoal is not included), as well as garden areas with fruit trees and vines that, in summer, offer peaceful areas of shade. Inside, the house has a design very similar to a mountain refuge, with a lot of wood, which gives it greater warmth. It is distributed in 2 heights. In the lower part, it has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with views of the valley and a dining room. There is also a space with sofas to relax after an intense day (the fireplace is a decorative element). In the upper part is the bedroom and is accessed by stairs and you reach the bedroom, beautifully furnished and decorated, with spectacular views of the sea and the valley and crowned by an ensuite shower. It also has a desk, 1 comfortable armchair and a Smart TV. In addition, the accommodation has additional amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking within the estate. The access road to the Estate is two-way, although for the neighbors it is a daily route and they have their references, it is important that you take special care when passing through this area. Located in a key location so you don't miss the most popular activities in the area, such as the “Guachinches”, the island's typical food houses, which only open during the new wine season and offer, in addition to its good wine, several typical dishes of Canarian cuisine. La Perdoma is a paradise for this type of experiences. Our Finca is the perfect option for a getaway and live an authentic experience. As it is an active farm, it is not located in an urban area. Going not so far you will find everything you need. Our location allows you to escape the coming and going of busy people and businesses. The area is very hilly. The path and the climb are narrow. It is necessary to rent a car or a scooter. There is space to park inside the property. We inform you that there is a daily charge of €20 to use the jacuzzi facilities which you can pay upon arrival if you wish to use it.
