"Súper lindo y elegante el hotel, el staff fue muy amable, el parqueo es de cobro pero ellos te dan un ticket para descontar el parqueo, así que prácticamente es gratis. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, hay agua en cada nivel para rellenar tus botellas, el desayuno es muy variado y buenísimo. El gym quizás necesita un poco de mantenimiento en algunos bancos pero todo bien en general, la piscina es friiiiiaaa pero al lado hay otra que es climatizada que fue buena para relajarse y más con la vista de la cordillera. Muchas gracias por todo."

"The room is really beautiful with a balcony, and the bed was so comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and offer lots of help despite my language barrier. The amenities are fantastic, we loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi. They also have laundry facilities that you can pay a few dollars to use, which are great for long stays. The hotel is located close to one of the nicest mall in Santiago, so shopping is very convenient. The hotel has elevators, so I’m not quite sure why the listing mentioned “no elevator”. They have a facial recognition system which allows easy access when your hands are full abd busy. A little bit inconvenient with pickup and drop-off from taxi/Uber as the hotel is right off the highway, but as long as you find the paths in the front lawn, you’ll be fine. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a modern hotel with large room, great for us as a couple!"

"It’s the Mandarin Oriental and that’s says a lot. The staff here is very nice and helpful they accommodated us with any needs even with some simple meds from the pharmacy. They offered us suggestions as well as making us feel at home. Thank you to Fabian to give us a crash course on Pisco, Javiera to make us feel great every single morning with her smile and service, Augustina with her joyful self and by giving us suggestions in the city etc. Thank you to the entire staff at the Front Desk to accommodate for a late check out since our flight was late at night and the concierge for taking care of all our needs, and least but not last the housekeeping staff who takes care of our rooms to have it perfectly organized and clean every day. Great Job Guys! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

"Fabian the waiter incredible!! Everyone is so polite, warm and friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is also attached to a huge shopping mall and lots of restaurants near your convenience in about a 10 minute walk to get some great red Clay tennis course if you’re a tennis addict like me."
