"This property is very close to the lift but that is about it.... We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the...

"The level of service was impeccable. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were unable to check-in until later in the day. We could have easily decided to explore the city, but coming from Minnesota and having arrived on the "Red-Eye", we decided to lounge in the hotel. The bartenders were very knowledgeable about the area and were more than accommodating to suggest a variety of restaurants, bars and attractions.
