"La RoseTremiere was a great place to spend a month in Ile de Ré . the central location in Rivedoux village was fantastic to walk around everywhere for shopping , walks on the beach ..... The house is very well appointed for cooking comfortably . We slept very well too in a very calm environment . The owner , Daniel is reactive and friendly We recommend this host without hesitation"

"La maison a effectivement été rénovée, mais il y a sans doute 5 ou 6 ans étant donné l’usure de la terrasse et des plinthes de la salle de bains. L’habitation se situe dans un quartier très calme et proche du centre ville. La maison est bien agencée. Les draps sont fournis. Dommage pour la cuisine sale; la vaisselle et l’éponge étaient particulièrement crasseuses. Pas de savon, ni de torchon propres, souvent fournis dans les locations. "We spent a great week on this lovely Island, mostly due to this Holiday home. All we needed for Relaxing was there. We got a warm welcome and left with an "a bientot". The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed, because with the restaurants in La Flotte - who wants to cook…. We could have breakfast outside and enjoyed the warm evenings in the shade."

The hotel is situated where most of the restaurants and bars are only a few yards away. Plenty of places for a cheaper breakfast nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in this location."

When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude. "

"This hotel is about 15 mins from La Rochelle centre - The receptionist was very friendly and professional she spoke wonderful English and explained about the room and parking how to access barriers where to go to reach the town she was marvellous The hotel is on street level and has a lift The room was adequate for 2 adults and small dog - it was spotless and had all of the requirements for our stay including a well equipped kitchenette La Rochelle has a multitude of bars and restaurants all of which were dog friendly We took a boat trip to Fort Boyard which was great and dog went as well there are other trips if you want I recommend a thrip to Ile de Rae fantastic Island a short drive or sea bus from La Rochelle had lunch at the harbour at Ile Rae fabulous "
