Lia rooms
We stayed in room 2, it’s great for 2 people maybe 3, it was clean and the bead was comfortable, the room also has a small balcony. Check in was a little confusing. You have to let them know way in advance when you will be arriving. Their is no front desk. Lia Room’s is more like a house converted into multiple rooms, the main hallway has a small reception desk where you will be checked in. But again I need to dress that after you make your reservation on hotels.com you need to contact Lia rooms yourself to let them know what time you will be checking in. If you don’t you could be left waiting who knows how long for someone to let you in.

a great place for a stay in La Spezia! although there was a problem with our original room, we received a beautiful room with a balcony in Lia Rooms 2. Carlotta was wonderful flexible with our arrival time, met us at the train station and filled us in on local hot spots and hiking Cinque Terre. would definitely stay here again!

We were only in La Spezia for one night, and we were within walking distance of the train station. We planned on going to the Cinque Terra for hiking, and we had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Loved the breakfast being delivered to the room!!!
