Clean room and comfortable bed. Perfect location for exploring downtown Chicago and a quick walk to the “L”. Minor complaint is that the shower had no door so water would spill into the bathroom.

Loved the breakfast. The room was nice and clean. However there are very little amenities here like no ice machines. No grab and go. No pool. My room got hot a few times but hotel maintenance was quick to respond. Other staff members appeared confused when asked a question about amenities. Check in was confusing as well. Staff had trouble finding reservations as well.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Northwestern Hospital and the Magnificent Mile, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. While they were very knowledgeable about front desk operations, they were not trained to assist with other departments after hours. For example, when housekeeping had already left for the day, they were unable to help with simple requests like extra towels or additional coffee supplies. Cross-training staff to handle basic guest needs after hours would greatly improve the guest experience. A special thank you to Ebonee, who went above and beyond with her outstanding customer service. She was professional, kind, and truly made a positive difference during my stay. The in-room coffee maker was a nice amenity, although the room could have been stocked with more coffee and supplies. The towels were noticeably worn and could use replacing. Additionally, the walls or doors did not do much to block hallway noise, so it was easy to hear people passing by and talking outside the room. Overall, the location and friendly staff were definite highlights. With a few improvements to after-hours guest support, room amenities, and noise reduction, this hotel would provide an even better experience.
