"The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was clean. The restaurant and bar was closed because the waiter who happens to also be the bartender called in. Its hard to believe that one person can close down the entire restaurant and bar. There was garbage and furniture left on the sidewalk near the entrance to the hotel. We were on the fifth floor with a view of a person inside the dumpster going through trash. I will not stay at this hotel again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, I was able to check-in earlier than the designated time which help me a lot. There was a minor issue with the keycard on my second day but the staff helped me without hesitation. The AC was okay, it took a good 20 minutes to actually cool the room but it wasn’t bad. Only complaint is that the bed frame was very loud every time I moved, not even heavy movement. "

"Beds, sheets and towels comfortable. Shower pressure awful and it only had one temperature. Tub extremely outdated. "

"I was a weary traveler who was greeted by Kim and Alan. Their good energy and assistance was OUTSTANDING!! A room was assigned, gS station and Parking info details given, food choices and ordering happened prior to gas and park so that when I came back, my order was handed to me! I later discovered my phone charger was broken, they found several ideas to solve the issue and made me a cup of tea while I waited on my phone charger. They both went above the ordinary to ensure my one night stay and early 4 am wake up call was going to be comfortable and stress free. I highly recommend Hyatt Place San Jose whose representatives went above and beyond for me!"

"This is a 3 story small hotel with a small pool close to a university and residential neighborhood. Full breakfast has those fun flipping waffle makers and many toppings. Home fried potatoes are thinly cut and they have a coffee brewer with several espresso variants "

"Owner was very nice and welcoming. You can tell he likes to take care of his property. The room was clean and Inn is at a good location. There’s several food places across the street and it’s close to downtown! Very quiet. Will definitely be back when in the area!"
