Stayed for 12 nights very enjoyable staff very friendly . Fantastic sea view lovely relaxed breakfasts,shout out for Luana who was always smiling and happy to help at breakfast. Coming here 25 yrs and would definately come back. Reception on arrival was first class even though a young lady was training they were very attentive and helpful..

Property generally good, needs a bit of TLC in parts. Paid extra for a sea view that was blocked by palm trees 🌴. Breakfast good but a bit chaotic.

Sterile environment. Hallways were bare white. Staff not very friendly they just followed rules. We could not get a one hr early check in even though the hotel had low occupancy. Excellent! Amazingly courteous. One morning I needed to leave early before breakfast and the staff was kind enough to voluntarily prepare a breakfast package and leave it at the front desk for my morning trip. That to me was amazing and highly appreciated!
