Room had no heating, it was broken. Small oil filled radiator inadequate to heat the room. Asked for another duvet, never arrived. Slept in a jumper! Shocking, wouldn’t stay again!

We liked the fact it was so close to Westfield and the Tube/train station. The noise from the Tube was very loud. Breakfast was good and the hotel was up to date . I would definitely recommend and will be back.

Ilford Tower Apartments
It would be great to have more of the basic home appliances available in the house from the start, such as: broom, mop, iron table and some cleaning products. We had to call a member of staff more than once within a week.
