During the winter months our heated pool is not available for use.

Guest Access:
- Guests will have access to the entire home, property and all the amenities during their stay.

- ALA has parameters for short term renters and lake access – you can read the guidelines and requirements by visiting the ALA website. We will send details to guests after booking.

- Our home is located right by trail #7. Once registered by ALA, guests can walk to the trail from our house (we provide video instructions) and it leads to a fantastic sandy local beach which is great for lounging in floaties, relaxing, swimming and even fishing. From trail #7 guests can access all of the Lake Arrowhead trails.

- The best way to get on the lake in the summer is with our friends at McKenzie Ski School. Guests can rent group charters for a half day and all charters include the boat, captain and the equipment. Lake Gregory is a public lake that is open year round and has a variety of rentals to enjoy on the lake - is just a 20 minute drive from the home.

The Neighborhood:
The Palisades neighborhood is Lake Arrowhead's best kept secret. It's gorgeous, charming, well kept and very walkable. It's truly the perfect mountain paradise. The beauty of this home and area is that you feel tucked away and have a private escape from the world all while being so close to the best of Lake Arrowhead.

Our home is a 5 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, 7 minutes from the Blue Jay Village, Less than 10 minutes from Santa's Village, And less than 3 minutes from Jensen's Grocery store and Cedar Glen shops and dining, which you can walk to from our home.

*Our roads are plowed in the winter very walking friendly in the other seasons.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a small family business and raising a baby and toddler. We pride ourselves in giving our guest 5-star personal service and are available during the business hours of 9-7 pm for guest questions. We ask guests to respect our family time and after the hours of 7 pm to reach out only for urgent matters. The best way to communicate with us is through the app. Thank you!
