" This was our third time staying at the hotel and we cannot fault it. We had a really bad experience and actually left the hotel. We were meant to stay out to come back to this hotel and they checked us in early after hearing the story. They obviously didn’t need to do that but they really turned around a bad situation. The facilities are fantastic, the rooms are done really well with comfortable beds and Blockout curtains and having Aesop products in the bathroom is just a treat. We will always stay here now when we come to big bear."
