"Everything was amazing on our stay! Very magical place to be in! The lodge was amazing, firewood ready for you to lit and more available just outside your door. The only thing is, bring your drinks (beer,wine) as the only place we got ours was from the restaurant and it’s not cheap(restaurant price per single beer), bring game boards or card games (wifi is slow where we stayed, wifi is only at the main lodge and can reach our room but slow), and we probably didn’t figure the AC because after we are done with our fireplace, the room obviously was hot and we had a hard time sleeping so we just opened the patio door that oversees the lake that solved the problem. All in all, amazing! "

"We enjoyed our overall stay! We traveled with younger kids and our suite was perfect. I would recommend Lake Loiuse for its beautiful scenery, quietness and friendly staff. That said there is not much activites for families qith kids under 7yrs of age, specially whe. Alot of the trails were closed due to the icy pedway conditions. We still made it worth our stay, travelled to Banff and enjoy the outtings. "

"Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again."

"The property and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was we had reserved a cabin with the a loft and we ended up with a two bedroom cabin instead. Asked about being moved, but the cabin was booked. We never understood how we ended up in the cabin without the loft when that was what we had reserved. Other than that, we loved everything about Baker Creek was fabulous."
