"Great ambience and enjoyed the hot tub and pool area (indoor). Ate at the Outpost Pub and the food was excellent, they don’t take reservations and the wait was 1 and 3/4 hours but we lucked out with 2 seats at the bar. Had breakfast at the Trailhead Cafe which is a Lake Louise staple (been there for many years) and a short walk over the bridge. "

"Absolutely beautiful, warm, inviting cabins. The property and paths are so well cared for. Very clean rooms and beds are so comfy - I slept like a log and woke up to a view of the creek and snow. Loved the wood fire on the creek side - my kids made great memories there. We can’t wait to return!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Lake Louise Inn. On arrival we ended up upgrading our room for more space, and it was worth the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my kids loved going to the pool every night. We loved the proximity to many popular lakes and trails. "

"The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. "

"Wonderful base camp property right along the creek (which looking more like a rushing river)! We had everything we needed plus an amazing view. Made use of the fire pits and outdoor amenities. Would stay again!"
