"Our 4th time there in the past two months and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Property is clean, well maintained, and well laid out. We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat. Pool facilities are top notch. Little bit of a walk into town, but we prefer this as the property is more laid back and less chaotic than being right downtown. We are platinum members at Fairmont, and our experience here rivals that of those much more expensive properties. "

"We had a lovely stay here while attending a wedding reception across the street. It was very convenient to walk around Banff from the hotel. We appreciated the recently renovated suite and the pool area. Excellent place to stay! It really stood out from other places we have stayed in Banff and we will definitely be back. "
