"World class service Worth the upgrade to Gold. Cannot say enough about the welcome team and their relationship building. We weren’t there for long but easily felt like part of the family"

10/10 Excellent
"Overall a very nice hotel. I liked that they had pour over coffee in the room with fresh cream feels much cleaner than a coffee pot. The heated pools were very nice and the views are really lovely. They give you bus passes for the length of your stay. The coffee shop and restaurant were both good and there’s a convenient store right across the street if you need anything else. "
"The Farm & Fire restaurant on the first floor was excellent. The service at Front Desk was also very good. We called to see if we could check in early as we got there earlier and they did allow us to do that. Thank you! "
"This is a lavish and glamorous historical venue with attention to detail, million dollar views and supporting a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. I felt like royalty."
"Moose Hotel & Suites in Banff offers a cozy blend of mountain elegance and modern comfort, making it a top choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Located just steps from downtown Banff, the hotel features warm, inviting rooms with fireplaces and balconies, plus standout amenities like rooftop hot tubs with panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies. Friendly service, clean facilities, and the on-site Pacini Italian restaurant, which adds a delicious touch to the stay. Whether you're shopping, exploring, or simply unwinding, the Moose delivers a memorable alpine escape."
"Staff was friendly, parking was easy, bed was comfortable. The lighting was strange but not problematic. Close to freeway but far from downtown. They do provide a free bus pass. Would stay again. "
"The hotel was in the middle of the Banff town. Great location makes everything walkable. But at night, there could be noise from club goers. My partner and I didnt mind because they provide a white noise machine which drowned the noise oitside, and was able to sleep well. "
